Cold Remedy
There’s no cure but I find the following a day helps get over the worst of it:
Paracetamol (every 4 hours)
1 Cod liver tablet
1 Multi-vitamin
1 Zinc tablet
1 Echinacea tablet

Making fake blood
So I finally decided to made some fake blood the other day to use for a photo idea I’ve had in my head for ages. It turns out it’s really easy to make. It tastes quite sweet which is good when you’re glooping it in your mouth, but I wouldn’t want to swallow it!
